Carrot cake baked oats with South African raisins

Ingredients :

40g oats
15g protein powder of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
135ml milk (or almond milk)
20g South African raisins
50g grated carrot


In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients and roughly mix together.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Transfer the mixture into a greased ovenproof bowl and bake for 18-20minutes at 180c.

Serve with some yoghurt, extra raisins and chopped pecans.
